If you were wondering where I've been, I
forgot my blogspot login was in the Triad area for an extended 4th of July. My brother, cousin, and my dad have been putting on a Fireworks show for the past couple of years. Each year the show has gotten
more dangerous bigger and bigger. Two years ago, they each attended a class to allow them to be licensed to shoot fireworks. They
have since gone from blowing up roman candles with a lighter now shoot 6 inch shells from electronic panels timed perfectly to music. The guys spend months choosing the right fireworks, selecting music, and creating racks to house the "rocket tubes". The day before the show is a mad rush to attach fuses to panels, insert the shells into tubes, and cover the tubes with tin foil in the event of rain showers.
