** NEWBORN AND BIG SISTER **

** TWINS TURN ONE **

These are pictures from two adorable twins that just turned one. Their grandmother arranged the photo shoot to surprise mom and dad! How cute are they??

** LIL' SURFERS **

Jackson enjoyed surfing with his cousins. We had great weather the entire week (with the exception of two brief storms) so the sea was relatively calm and allowed the youngsters to collect 12 lbs of sand in their suits play in the surf.

** FUTURE AVP?! **

I have a few pictures from our beach trip to posts in the next few entries. Below are our two boys playing volleyball. The house next to us had a court setup and our future AVP'ers took over the court after the neighbors went in for the afternoon. For those of you that don't know, my husband Jeff used to play A LOT of volleyball before we met. He still plays on occasion however he is getting a little older and doesn't quite have the hops he used to. :-)

SIX MINUTES OF **FREEDOM**

Before leaving for the beach, I spent the previous two weeks decorating the boy's new room. To get ready for the new baby, we are mistakenly? moving the two boys into a room together. They will be occupying the former bonus room so they will have a large bed/play room. We are naive to think hoping this will minimize clutter throughout the house. Below is an after of **my decorating** but before the boys attempt at **redecorating**.





Cute huh? Well apparently the boys thought the room needed a little something extra and decided to **rearrange/redecorate** their new digs. The below photos are completely unretouched. What took me 2 weeks to complete, took them the time to take a load of laundry from the room next door, down the hallwall, sort into a pile of mine, his, theirs, and take a quick potty break only 6 minutes to change.

I didn't know two little people could be so capable of destruction. When I asked Jackson what happened he blamed his brother said he was looking for his dolphin?

**LIFE'S A BEACH**

So one of my really good friends and I have been trying to coordinate a time to take photos of her family. How lucky is it that we happened to be vacationing at the same place and at the same time?? Even better, she was vacationing with her husband's extended family. They were so much fun to photograph and we took the pictures the first part of a gorgeous week before anyone started looking like a lobster.

PLAYING **KETCHUP**

OK, so I had 'planned' to launch my blog and website Spring 2008. However, with two toddlers and another baby on the way and all the complete chaos joy that goes along with young children, I am a bit behind my targeted launch dates. SO, I am playing a little catch-up on my blog while my son JB plays with his ketchup.
